It depends on where you live in the U.S, but it shuold not take more than 4-7 business days from the day we receive you order. We can ship to virtually any address in United State. Note that there are restrivtions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to destiantions.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for your based on the avialbilit of your items and the shiping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you chooese, shippign date esimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping rates will be determined on checkout depending on the carrier you chose and your location.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight -based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflext the policies of the shipping comapnies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

If the system has been installed and is producing drinking water and the customer is not satisfied with the product. The unit may be shipped back in good condition to receive a full refund.

Any returns of merchandise in original packaging are accepted with full credit and no restocking charges.
